To save a Seismon project select the menu item File ↦ save project. This will save all the settings of your project to the project file. The project file is named with the project name. It has the ending .spr and resides inside the PROJECT_DIR directory.

For example, if you have created a project named tutorial01 in the base directory /home/stefan/uni/seismonProjects, than the location of the project file would be /home/stefan/uni/seismonProjects/tutorial01/tutorial01.spr.
